A good leader is not born but made. In Canossa , students are trained to be good leaders for future, by giving them chances to be school prefects, through which they give their manifesto in front of other students and democratically chosen from a free and fair election and hence become good leaders.

Also after being selected all the prefects swear before beginning their leadership, this helps them to be committed and responsible, thus they do every duty effectively with maximum cooperation. In General prefects have maximum cooperation with the school, administration.
